The Opunakc Club proposed sending four rinks to New Plymouth yesterday, and matches were arranged against the town club in the morning and the West End in the afternoon, but the stormy weather caused an indefinite postponement of the trip, much to the regret of th e local clubs, which were looking forward to the visit wth pleasure. St. John's (Wanganui) will send a large party to New Plymouth on Saturday, April 3, playing the town club in the morning and Fitzroy in the afternoon. The partv will number twentyseven, including ladies. The Manaia Club proposes to send a team of three or four rinks to play the New Plymouth Club on the afternoon of Saturdajk April 3, visiting Inglewood in the morning on the way up.
