HOLLAND. THE ARMY MOBILISED. London, March 23. • Times and Sydney Sun Services . The Times Amsterdam correspondent says all Holland is struggling with unemployment and the increased cost of living. Life in the capital is unruffled except for the presence of a number of soldiers in uniform. The whole Dutch army is mobilised and ready immediately to take the field. While preserving neutrality, the Dutch keep their characteristic self-control.
