A dray belonging to a farmer named Woods overturned and he was badly injured. Woods was imaUc to stand, and was lying on his baek in a' fierce sun, in great any and agony and thirst, for three days. Eventually pushing his way with his legs, he managed to reach a waterliole. Searchers found him with his boots worn out and his back raw from the rough ground. He was almost a skeleton, but is expected to live.
