He had limi paid weekly compensation at the rate of /C! lis 2d up to January Uth, IHIS. After hearing medical evidence His Honor remarked that the doctors who gave evidence were divided in opinion as to the time it would take plaintiff to recover. Judgment was given for plaintiff for the sum of £73 lis, with costs.
