FINE FOR EXCESSIVE MOISTURE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. An unusual case was heard at the Magistrate's Court to-day, when 'the Rata Co-operative Dairy Company was charged with attempting on December 19 to export butter containing more than 16 per cent of water. The company's representative admitted the technical breach, and said it was very difficult to know how the water got in, as every precaution had been taken. A fine of '£l was imposed.
