A Mexican lady writes that the coun-try-is over-run by the lawless bands of the different revolutionary chiefs, who help themselves to anything procurable. Other bands repeat the process. The paper money of one party is repudiated by the next. It is -difficult to procure the necessaries of life with worthless notes. All trade is paralysed.
