FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is the Rev. Bates' weather forecast:— Present indications are for east to south-easterly winds generally, strong in and northward of Cook Strait ami moderate elsewhere. Rxpect dull and misty weather, with rain northward of Kawhia and Castlepoint and fair to cloudy conditions elsewhere. The haro- | meter is likely to rise soon in the north, lut little movement is at present indicated in the south.
