MARCH IS. For Australian States, South Africa, Ceylon. India, China, Japan, Straits Settlements, Fast Indies. Eastern and Mediterranean ports, United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, specially addressed onlv, via Suez at 12.20 p.m. The times for closing mails for places beyond the Dominion arc. liable to alteration (earlier or later).
