FORECAST. By Telegraph.— l'ress Association. Wellington, March 12. forecast.—Present indications are for variable breezes, with easterlies predominating. There is a prospect of fair weather generally, but it will be eloiuly and luisly at times in the southernmost districts. Little movement in the barotmeric pressure is indicated at present.
