COLONIAL SUGAR CO.
XEW COMPAX y-TO BE FORMED. Sydney, March 11. The Colonial Sugar Company has issued a circular setting forth the resolution it proposes to move at a special general meeting on March 2G_ empowering the directors to separate the Australian business from that outside the Commonwealth in order to simplify the formation of an allied company concerned with interests in Fiji and Xew Zealand.
