RIFLE SHOOTING.

Ji'EVV PLYMOUTH DEFENCE RIFLE CLUB. At a committee meeting of the New Plymouth Defence Rifle Club last night, it was decided to hold a handicap match to.morrow, conditions to be seven sliots at each of the 300, 500 and 600 yards ranges. Those members who were unable to complete their shoo Fat the 600 yards range for the championship and Thursday cup competition will be allowed to count 600 yards score in this match. A handicap match will also be held 011 Saturday, the conditions being seven shots at each of 'the 800, 900 and 1000 yards ranges.
