BULGARIA.
SECRETLY MOBILISING FORCES. Received 9, 12.15 a.m. London, March 8. It is reported that China has agreed to nineteen years' extension of the South Manchurian railway agreement. iParis, March 8. Hava's Agency reports that Bulgaria has secretly mobilised three divisions, including one sent To an unknown destination, possibly to Adrianople. A Bill providing a credit of eight millions sterling "for military ' expenses is before Flic Chamber of Deputies'.
