The necessary permission was granted. Mr d. VT. Morrison applied for H days leave of absence at Easier. Application granted. Mrs S. Street wrote asking the Councill to form a footpath leading to her residence.—Referred to the works committee.
Tlio engineer, foreman's and works conmijttce/s reports were read and adopted. Mr Gaustad waited on the Council in reference to tile storage of benzine. ITe informed the Council tluit lie intended erecting a concrete building for the purpose of storing five hundred cases, providing the Council would favor the proposal. The members expressed the view that providing a suitable building was erected, no obcction would be raised.
Accounts amounting to £7Ol la 3d were passed for payment.
