WEST END TOURING TEAM. (Special to Daily News.) Auckland, Last Night. ' The AVest Kud touring team played two matches to-day, and scored tw, wins, beating Auckland by (id to 58, and Ponsonby by 77 to 58. The results op the different rinks were as follows, West End being mentioned first:— Against West End (Auckland).—Oliver 1!), v. Counts 23; Lobb 23, v. Langsford 17; Hilt 24, v. Hunter 18. Against Posonby.—Hill 22, v. Casey in:'Lobb 20, v. Parsons 20; .Sole 35, \. Wilson 19.
The following rinks will represent the Inglewood Bowling Club in a banner match with the New Plymouth Club, to be played on the New Plymouth green this afternoon:— R. Pyne, A. Coldwcll H. Cottier and W. E. Pcrcival (s.); P. Olson, D. McDonald, F. Spurdie and R. Branch (s.); A. Marshall, E Mactzig, T. Rolston and A. Morton (s.); C. Seabriglit, E. Olson, A. E. Surrey and A.
