AUCKLAND WOOL SALES. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. u Auckland, Last Night. A proportion of clean, .bright lilies of wool caused ,keen -competition at the third wool sale of the season to-day, when 10,097 hales were offered. Tho wool comprised chiefly back country clips. The prices realised were as follow, the comparative prices of last year being in iparcntlreses:— Fine crossbred lid to 13d (l'Oi/jd to lid), Shropshire and Eomney lid to 13d (10>/,d to lid), medium crossbred lOd to 12d to 10y 2 d), coarse crossbred and Lincolns Oy.d to ll%d (9y 4 d to 9-}), first piece) <J(I to lid (till to Td), locks 5d to «%' (4d to Sd), lambs superior lid to 12% d (lOd to liy 4 d), lambs medium OVid to lid (no offerings), lambs 'inferior Sd to ltd (no offerings). lambs seedy 6%d to By,d (Sy.d to 8d).
