GERMAN SUBMARINE SUNK. AN ARMED LINER SINKS TWO STEAMERS. DACIA'S CAREER ENDED. Paris, Feb. 28. The French marine insurance companies paid the Government £2OO for flivison among the crew of a ship belonging to the second light cruiser snuadron that sank a German submarine at Boulogne on Tuesday. (An official message from Paris on February 24 said that a French warship attacked a German submarine southwest of Copcarprech, several shots Jutting the craft before she dived. Oil was afterwards seen at the spot.) Official. —A French cruiser captured the Dacia and is bringing her to Brest. (The Dacia is a German vesse] bought by a German American and dispatched with a cargo for Germany.) Valparaiso, Feb. 28. Tlie Frinz Eitel Friederich in December sank the steamer Kildarton and the French barque Jean. The crews were landed on Easter Island.
