Present (indications are for moderate to strong but decreasing southerly winds, changing by west to north, and t'hen increasing for a westerly disturbance likely to pass about mid-week. A brief improvemet in the weather is likely to b e followed by increasing haze and cloudiness, with rain later in most parts of the country. The barometer showa little movement at present in the north, but falling soon in tho south and everywhere shortly.
