COUNTY Of TAR'ANAKT. p . pursuanci ,nd exercise .of the powers vested in it by Section 1G of the "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1013," and with the consent of the ratepayers of t'te lloani Road Special Eating Area, in the County of Turanaki, hereinafter described, testilied by a petition signed hy not less than three-fourths of the ratepayers of the said special rating area, the capital value of whose properties as appearing in the valuation roll of the said special rating area is collectively greater than the capital values of tile properties of the ratepayers who do not consult, the Taranaki County Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order as follows:

That for tlie purpose of forming, adverting, grading and metalling the lloani Road, the Taraliaki County Council hereby authorises the raising of a special loan of £OSO at 4& per cent, per annum for a period of thirty-six and a-half years, and declares that the cost of raising the said loan and the first year's interest on the loan shall be payable out* of the moneys so raised.
