THE DEATH PENALTY. Received 28, 5.5 pin. Copenhagen, February 20. It is reported in Berlin that a Turkish General was /murdered at Constantinople at the instance of the Government. He was suspected of scin'-miug to proclaim himself Sultan and negotiate for peace.
