Last Wednesday and Thursday the Taranaki Agricultural Societv held » their fortieth annual show at the racecourse, and glorious weather prevailed. Although prior to the grand parade on People's Day there was a shower, it did not damp the fine array of toilets worn by the fair sex. whoso colors added much to the brilliant scene.
