A deputation of Crown settlers near Whanjramomona waited on the Board in regard to their position, and the Board decided to make certain recommendations thereon. Crown Lands ranker Meredith reported on section 7. block 13, Waro S.D.. !M.'> acres, formerly held liv Messrs O'Connor and Baxter, and forfeited to the Crown. It was resolved to re-open the land under part 3 of the Land Act, at a capital valiv of 10s Per aero.
Thr'o applications for postponement of collection of rental payments were received and recommended for approval, at the usual rate of 4 per r;n i .
The application of Frederick John Crowe, licensor of O.P.P. section 3, block 7, "S.D. (4.">0 acr?s), for tlie fee simple, was granted. CFXFTUL.
