ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES.

A LAUNCH CAPSIZE. Wellington, Last Night. The adjourned inquest on the deaths of Frank Leers, Donald Mathieson, and Patrick O'Brien, three men from the steamer Kahu, drowned on November 28 as the result of the upsetting of a launch in the surf at To. Awaito, eoneluded to-day. A verdict of accidentally drowned was returned. The Coroner added that lie was satisfied that the launch was in perfect 'working order, and that the accident was not due to any negligence whatever.
