LABOR TROUBLES.
A TRIBUNAL CONSTITUTED. avj)]i ENGINEERS' STRIKE. 'y Cable—Press Association -Copyright. London, February 22. Messrs Askwitb, Hopwood, Oorge and fclibb have been constituted a tribunal to investigate disputes between employers aiul workers for firms engaged in (iovernment work during the war. The principle laid down is that there must be no stoppage pending the investigation.
Ten thousand engineers at the Clyde have struck for an increase of twopence per hour.
