Duriim the occupation nf Aidannch the Turks dragged through the streets 150 Armenians anil cut, their throats. Old Turkish residents -were killed in col.l Mood. Fifty Armenians were stripped and compelled to leap into an abyss at Devils Gap. until one carried a Turk with him. Then the remainder were shot. Two hundred and fifty wore massacred at Tamvot, and women carried into captivity.
