There is great nervousness in political circles owing to Vienna's defiant attitude regarding concessions to Italy. Several deputies described the situation as extremely grave. Rome, Februry 21. Deputy Ciibrini states that Germany offered Italy unlimited coal in exchange for thirty thousand skilled Italians to work the German mines. The offer was declined. n
