Boundaries for Local Events: Mt. Messenger to Mangamaeho, to Waitara river (Tangitu), to Kerckapa bridge (Moki). Competitors must send in their last two years' performances; if no performances for two years, the last four to be given. Competitors whose performances arc not correctly given will be disqualified. Acceptances will close at 1 o'clock on day of Sports. This rule will be strictly enforced. A gun will be fired five minutes before each event. Protests, accompanied by ft fee of 10s, must be in the hands of the Secretary within fifteen minutes of the event. Deposit forfeited if protest considered trivial. Three to start or no race, four or no second prize, and five or no third prize. The committee reserve the right to postpone the Sports, or make any alteration they consider necessary.
