The North Taranaki team to piav Wangamo for tli T -Tawk« Cup to-i'ior-row and Wednesday will leave for Wnnganui by the mail train this morning. They will practise in the afternoon, so as to familiarise themselves with <li? ground. The team as chosen will make the trip, with the exception of Lash, on account of his unfortunate mishap on Saturday. There is also some doubt, as to whether Roberts will be able to obtain the necessary leave to make the trip. The absene,, of these two players will considerably minimise Taranaki's chances of annexing the Cup. Bottrill will fill the vacancy caused by the withdrawal of Lash, whilst in the event of Roberts not making the trip, Stainton will keep wickets. Purdue is making the trip, and will probably act as umpire.
