The question o£ the validity' of t'la resolution to wind up the British Empire Petroleum Company, Ltd. in liquidation, was determined to-day by Mr Justice Hosking. The defendants' were F,'izabeth Linda Hadley and others, and among the signatories to the memorandum of association were Sir James Carroll, John Andrew Millar and Michael Francis Bourke, the first directors.
