PREPARATIONS AGAINST ITALY. ARTILLERY IX TYRGLESE ALPS. THREE NEIGHBOURING NATION'S IN ARMS. Received 19, 10.30 p.m. London, February 19. Geneva reports that Austria is concentrating troops at spots ten days' march from the. Italian frontier. The dispositions are chiefly of artillery, which are placed at sites dominating the pusses in tile Tyrolese Alps. The troops of Austria; and Italy, and Switzerland, are close to one. another in a corner formed by the. junction of three countries, and are fraternising.
