SAN TOY. Visitors to the town have been commenting up on tlie splendid position of the New Plymouth Operatic Society's advertising their lined performance of. "San Toy." on the. first night of the show, Wednesday. February 24. This artistic piece of work was done by Mr Styles, of Eltham, and it is decidedly gratifying to know that such high-class work can be done in tlie district. The Society are again practising very bard, and intend going one. better tlian the opening nights with "San Toy," which is saying a great deal. From past experience it is known what thfs enterprising Society undertakes is gerierally accomplished. The box plan for the" 24th will open at Collier's on Thursday morning next, at 8.30. when another record gooking shorld. result.
