THE DRIVER BLAMED. Bv Telegraph. —Per Press Association. Gisborne, Last. Night. At the inquest on Snowie Howie, who (Ved through a motor-car knocking him down on Gladstone Road on Saturday, Hie jury returned a verdict that the accident was directly due to the driver, l'aku J'eakman, losing his nerve and becoming confused by the fact of having collided with a cyclist just previously.
