A GOOD YEA®, By Telegraph.—Per Press Association^ Invercargill, Last Night. At the annual meeting of the Southland Frozen Meat and Produce Exporting Co. on Saturday, the annual report showed that the net protit for the year had been £SM)I 17s 3d, which, with the amount carried forward from the previous year, left £14,70!) to be dealt with. The directors recomonded that the balance be applied as follows:—To the payment of an eight per cent, dividend, and three per cent, bonus on the paid-up capital, and to carry forward the balance, £1)24(1. The chairman, Mr John -McQueen, moved the adoption, which was carried. The seconder said tliev were charging the maintenance of their buildings and plant to current revenue, .v.;;i had a reserve fund.
