RACING IX FRANCE STOPPED. Received 14, 5 p.m. London, February 14. The Sportsman states that there will lie no racing in France till the end of the war. THE T.J.C. PRAISED. The Taranaki Jockey Club is being warmly eulogised, far and near, for the conduct of last week's race meeting.
