TX pursuance of the Licensing Act, 1008, and its amendments, I, John Terry, Returning Oilicer for the Licensing District of Taranaki, do hereby give notice that by virtue of the provisions of the said Act an Election will be. held for the return of five qualified persons to serve as members of the Licensing Committee for the said district; and that the latest hour for receiving nominations of candidates will be Xoon on the 27th day of February, 1915; ane that the poll, if necessary, will be taken at the several polling places of the said district on the Uth day of March, PJIS. Every person desirous of becoming a candidate must be nominated by not less than two electors of the district, by a nomination paper delivered to the Returning Officer on or before Xoon on the 27th day of February, IHIS.
