„ Auckland, Last Night. " Hie Supreme Court' to-day was em gaged m re-hearing the charge of perjury against William Maule, a s&wmill hand, of Dargaville. The charge aroea out of proceedings in an affiliation casa in the lower court, wliere Maule was defendant, but when Maule was charged with perjury in the Supreme Court tfift jury failed to agree. To-day's jury re-, toned a verdict of guilty. * Maule wflj be sentenced to-morrow.
