COASTAL ROADS.

To tlio Editor, Sir, —I have read in the "Daily Isews" with interest "Lively Ratepayer's" letter, reporting the progress of settlers by coming under tlie Taranaki County Council's control with tlieir roads, and also advising Okato district to do the same anil get out of the rut. In reply to "Lively Ratepayer," I find in Saturday's issue of the Daily News a letter with signature in full, W. A. Corbett, Saunders Road, Okato. This writer is very well acquainted with these particular mads, C'arrington, Saunders, and Oxford roads, where Mr W. A. Corbett lives, and lias used for vcars. With vour permission, mav I ask Mr W. A.
