Tile' fe>rmer was charged wilh disorderly eondnct while drunk, anil also with resisting arrest bv Constable Willcocks, There Were four charges against llrmvn: (1) Of assaulling Constable Devine; ('2) using obscene language; (3) ihunaging a constable's uniform: (-0 assaulting Hubert Heavnev. n e-ivi! an who was assisting the police.
