LAST NIGHT'S FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Wellington, Last X'iglit. The following is Mr Bates' weather forecast:— Present indications are for moderate to strong southerly breezes, the barometer rising slightly and the weather improving temporarily, but the wind will probably change to northerly and freshening to-morrow evening for a low pressure area due to pass in the south i'bout Wednesday. Expect increasing cloudiness and humidity and unsettled weather to accompany the change.
