THE ENEMY AT WORK. THE PLAN "MADE IN GERMANY." Vancouver, February 5. Van Home, a Crrman, has been arnsted for attempting to dynamite the St. Croix River Bridge. He informed the police that all the arrangements were made in Germany, who paid for the job. The object was to stop British supplies from passing over the bridge.
