■WILD FLUCTUATIONS. London, February 4. The Chicago wheat market is panicky, with wide, erratic fluctuations. Pit operpat: li e heavy dealings. There is a belief that there has been undue manipulations. These arose owing to reports that New Zealand was importing wheat. May options -ranged from 156% d to lG6d; July 137 J-d to 141|d. The market closed weak, May sfd July 4§d down.
