OPIUM-SMOKERS' FINED. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Auckland, Last Night. For smoking opium a Chinaman named Wah was fined £lO and £3 19s costa i n the Police Court to-day. Another celestial who had abetted the smoking to the extent of giving bis friend the use of his pipe was fined £5 and £3 19s costs.
