Repairs are being carried out in San Francisco, and will occupy about a fortnight. The Marama will therefore be late in leaving for New Zealand. 'hut will pick up the ordinary schedule at Sydney on March 27. Her mails will be forwarded from Vancouver by the Niagara, leaving on 17th inst., and will be about a fortnight late in reaching the Dominion. The mishap is believed to be due to the temporary substitution of a white light for a red one.
