FORECAST. By Telegraph.—Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. Following is Mr Bates' weather forecast: — Present indications are for high and squally north-westerly winds, changing to south-westerlies, weather cloudy with rain probable generally. Barometer falling everywhere, but a temporary rise may be expected in the south soon. Further unsettled weather is likely to follow.
