RUSSIANS ENTKR TABRIZ. Received 31, 4.30 p.m. Petrograd, January 30. Official: We occupied Sofiaii. The enemy retreated towards Tabriz, leaving \-cra 1 hundred dead on the battlefield. TURKS DEFEATED. Received 31, 4.15 p.m. Paris, January 30. The newspaper Le Matin states that the Russians defeated the Turks at Azerbaijan and entered Tabriz. TURKISH REINFORCEMENTS IN THE CAUCASUS. Petrograd, January 20. The Tlirks have obtained considerable reinforcements in the Caucasus and are developing vigorous attacks, which have so far been repulsed.
