PC-RECAST. By TeLwaph.—Per Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The following is Mr Bates' weather forecast: — Present indications are for cloudy and unsettled weather, with rain probable generally, and a cool change following shortly. Winds variable, strong east to south-easterlies in and northward of Cook Strait, and northerlies changing by west to south elsewhere. Barometer unsteady, but probably rising everywhere by to-morrow evening.
