LONDON WOOL SALES. Tile New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co., Ltd., have received' the following cablegram from their London lioufio under date 27th inst.:—"Wool market active. America and (France competing. Compared with December, j.rices are higher. Greasy merino su'perior 7V 3 per cent., medium 10 per cent , faulty 15 per cent., scoured crossbred, greasy, ,5 to 10 per cent., scoured slvpe and lambs Dar to 5 per cent."
