NEW PLYMOUTH SESSION. For the sitting of the Supreme Court | which commences on Tuesday next at 1 few Plymouth the following business is set down: — GBTMINAL. Rex v. Ernest Albert Burton, alleged manslaughter. Hex v. Reginald Gervase Hamerton, alleged sheep-stealing (three charges). CIVIL.
The following- cases were adjourned from the last sitting of the Court: Robert HugKCameron (Mr E. S. Rutherford) v. Jonas Masters (Mr T, _C. Fookes) .—Claim- of £195 10s for purchase-money paid and received. Counter-claim (I) for £IBO lfis .'id money received", (2) £lßl 8s 7d in respect of sale of plant, (3) £2O for money lent, (4 1 )' £24 for money paid by defendant at plaintiff's request. Wm. Duirs and others (Mr R. G. Sellar) v. Josiah Hunt (Mr B. M. McCarthy), application for injunction and £llO damages for trespass. The parties are adjoining owners. ' The new-- cases are:— Wm. Gordon Glassford (Mr J. B. Roy) v. Ted White (Mr C. R. Stead), claim for £348 in respect of 24 bullocks sold to defendant. Anton Gottfried Fischer (Mr J. C. Nicholson) v. John Willdon (Mr E.S. Rutherford), application for dissolution of partnership and for accounts to be
taken. In Banco. —Originating summonses under tlie Mortgages Extension Aet (Moratorium): Lewis W, Alexander (Mr J. E. Wilson)', v. Henry May Bauchope; Wm. Crowe (Mr G. Gray), v. the Public Trustee; I). J. Martin (Mr H. R. Billing). v. H. Peterson and others; John Chadvriek (Mr T. B. Crump), v. Horace Phillips, Jnr.; George Washington Tayler and' T. B. Crump (Mr Crump), v. John Edward Fever and Albert H. Fever; . APPEALS.
Two cases of appeal from magisterial decisions are set down for hearing, namely:— Bellirigham and Son (McVeagh and Morrison)', v. William Bly, an appeal by plaintiffs on fact and law, from a judgment of the magistrate at Eltham. Joseph Speight (Mr A. H. Johnston.;) appellant, and Herbert P. H. Graves, respondent. The defendant appeals "a fact and law from a decision of the magistrate at Stratford. IN BANKRUPTCY. Application for discharge by Herbert H. Curtis. IN CHAMBERS. A number of matters for the decision of the Judge will be taken in chambers.
