PEN PICTURE OF THE KAISER. EVIDENTLY CHILDISHLY CONCEITED. ( Times and Sydney Sun Services. London, January 21. An Englishwoman who has been employed as a governess in the household of a German Prince tats written a book describing how children are tanght to play with flying Zeppelins dropping bombs on a model of London. The Kaiser was an occasional visitor and she found him affable and after he had satisfied himself that she was not a suffragette, whom he held in lively detestation.
