SERVICES REDUCED IN NEW * SOUTH WALES. By Cable —l'ress Association —Copyright. i Received 21, 9.35 p.m. Sydney, January 21. As a result of the late drought and the war, there has been a serious decrease in railway earningß. To meet this the time-tables are being revised and services reduced, whereby a million train miles will be saved annually. Many temporary hands are being gut off, and probably the wholo of the remainder will go. The office branch contributed 237 to the Expeditionary, Forces, and other branches considerable numbers. Their places have nqfs been filled.
