The New South' Wales Government has undertaken to supply 10,000 bushels of wheat per month to the Tasmaniaii Government, where a sever.! shortage exists. \ TIIR KAIAPOt SHIPMENT. Melbourne, January IS. The Federal Government lias received an urgent request from the Hon, W. F. Massoy requesting that no obstacle be placed in the way of the shipment of wheat by the Kaiapoi Mr. Hughes is conferring with the New South Wales Government and is hopeful of overcoming the difficulties.
